Recent data from Paragon Bank reveals that UK landlords are experiencing their highest levels of profitability since early 2022, with 87% of landlords reporting profits in Q3 2024. High returns were also recorded in the South West and East Midlands, where 89% and 88% of landlords, respectively, reported profits.
