According to Zero Deposit's latest analysis of rental market data, the average monthly rent across Britain has risen by 8.7% over the last 12 months. Regionally, London leads with a 10.4% increase, while Yorkshire and The Humber recorded the smallest growth at 5.8%. ### **Local Authorities with the Highest Rental Growth** At the local authority level, the London Borough of Brent has seen a staggering 30.1% increase in average rental costs—the highest across the country. This sharp rise reflects the continued pressure of tenant demand in London’s rental market.
